Senior SaintsThe Art of AgingThe MacArthur Foundation's 10-year study on aging determined that seniors age most successfully when they: 1) Avoid Disease 2) Engage with Life 3) Maintain High Cognitive & Physical Functions Furthermore, the keys to a healthier, happier, higher quality of life can be achieved when a senior remains: Active, Social and Confident! Seniors on a Mission Our program is specifically designed to support seniors in their desire to maintain an independent lifestyle while strengthening their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. One of the key activities our organization offers to live-alone-at-home seniors is a weekly, local, mission trip. Seniors get out of their homes, and out into the community to enjoy a day of service with other seniors. “Team-oriented” community service opportunities connect seniors in the areas of town in which they live, and around the type of work they prefer. ![]() We invite you to sign up to receive our newsletter and to join us on a mission trip in the near future.
