The Art of Aging

The MacArthur Foundation's 10-year study on aging determined that seniors age most successfully when they:

1) Avoid Disease
2) Engage with Life
3) Maintain High Cognitive & Physical Functions

Furthermore, the keys to a healthier, happier, higher quality of life can be achieved when a senior remains: Active, Social and Confident!

Seniors on a Mission

Our program is specifically designed to support seniors in their desire to maintain an independent lifestyle while strengthening their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. One of the key activities our organization offers to live-alone-at-home seniors is a weekly, local, mission trip. Seniors get out of their homes, and out into the community to enjoy a day of service with other seniors. “Team-oriented” community service opportunities connect seniors in the areas of town in which they live, and around the type of work they prefer.

We invite you to sign up to receive our newsletter and to join us on a mission trip in the near future. Check our calendar for a mission trip in your area.   Sign up now
